The original concept of Crab Inn restaurants was
developed by several shellfish lovers of the Rencher family. The
same enthusiasm has driven the organization to expand it's product
line and services. Our unique taste sought by many customers is
commonly referred to as "Maryland Style", a method, taste and style
of cooking in the Louisiana-Cajun, French-Canadian traditions.
